Back to reality....

I am happy to say that Christmas is over!! I am ready for the new year to get here. I hope everyone had a nice Christmas like I did. Brady, Rock Band, and lots of beer made it a very entertaining couple of days.

Christmas night we all ended up in Mom's kitchen dancing like crazy people...with the exception on Micah, he hid outside...

Merry Christmas Eve

Well hell. I am at work today and it is pouring down rain outside. I should be home under my covers snuggled up next to my little bumbee. Brady stayed the night with Amy last night so I could finish some Christmas stuff and I miss him like crazy. This time tomorrow I will have already experienced Christmas with Brady!! I am so excited!!

3 days until Christmas....

This weekend was a long one. I took Friday off to spend with Brady. First we interviewed Brady's new nanny. This one seems like a keeper. Brady will start going to her house on January 5. She has been doing it for 15 years so hopefully I will not get a phone call on a random Tuesday night telling me that she has decided to go back to work. Then we headed to the mall to see good ole Santa Clause. Brady ran right up to him and talked to him for a little bit (I couldn't hear what they were saying) then took a good picture. We headed to Chuy's for a quick lunch then got on the road to Palacios. The traffic was HORRIBLE. Brady had the best time playing with his 2ND cousins this weekend. He got cool some cool presents for us to play with.

8 days until Christmas.....

As most of you probably know I am quit the scrooge this year. Money is tight and that makes for a grumpy Kati. Monday night Santa Clause and Mrs. Clause came by the house on a fire truck. Brady was waving as fast as he could. Every day he asks about Santa Clause. It is really cute. This morning I was able to threaten him with presents and Santa Clause when he was running around naked refusing to get dressed!! He is making me anticipate Christmas morning now like crazy! I cannot wait to see his face when he walks into the living room to see what Santa has left him. (Hopefully it isn't coal.) I am taking him to see Santa on Friday morning on our way out of town so check back for a picture.

Welcome to my boring life....

Well here I am. After becoming a crazed blog stalker I decided I would try to manage one myself so everyone can see just how "exciting" our life is.

Last night we really did have some excitement. My friend text me and told me to look outside around 8:30 and my backyard was covered in snow. I bundled us up and we went outside to play. Every time Brady was hit with a snow ball he cried but that didn't stop me. My little wuss loved every minute of it.
