Merry Christmas

Now that Van is 15 years old...

We can all agree I should delete this blog. I am the worst at updating it nowadays.

Ok, on to my long overdue Van post. Van was born on September 21 at 5:05pm. He weighed in at 6 pounds 4 ounces and was 19 inches long.

This was the day we took him home from the hospital.

This was 10 minutes ago. Homeboy always looks so annoyed. He's just like his mama!
We could not be happier with our new addition!

In 5 days (or less) our family will have a tiny new addition! I'll post pictures as soon as possible, until then......my favorite little football player...

August 2010

We have been so busy this summer, I will be SO glad when school starts! This mama likes a routine and we have not had one for what feels like forever. We have approx 5 weeks before Mr. Van gets here. We are so ready to meet him! I can't wait to see Brady and Austin's reactions to their little brother.

I finally painted my kitchen. Three bathrooms and the boys bedroom's left to go before I am finished painting every wall in this house.

June

June has come and gone and I am still wondering where it went! We have been so busy this month so blogging has not been an option. Here are some pictures of the things we have done...no particular order of course.

Moving right along

Well I FINALLY got to meet Addison Monroe! I made it just before her one week mark so I feel proud of myself! Brady came with me and he didn't seem the least bit jealous that I was holding a little glow worm in my arms for an hour or so. She is a doll and I cannot wait for Van to get here so he can meet his future wife.

Before we went to see Addie, Brady had splash day at school. Only one more day of school and he is out for the summer.

It is so hot outside! I love me some summer but I am a sweating machine these days.

Coming up this weekend we have Mallary and Alvin's big day! I am looking forward to a weekend in Austin with my husband. Mallary if you read my blog get ready for our duet!

It's going to be out of this world.

Twenty-one weeks pregnant

May is wrapping up nicely

Last Thursday Mom's office gals threw her a little girls night out before her big wedding day. She gets married this Friday. This was most of the group that showed up. Guadalajara is so damn good.

Saturday Brady played his last baseball game. Saturday afternoon the team had a party at Tin Roof BBQ where the kids were given trophies and other goodies. Brady was SO proud of his trophy.

There are lots of exciting things coming up! I'm trying to make it out the door with my camera every time I leave so I can become a better blogger!

Mal's bachelorette weekend

Friday Kaci and I headed out to Lake Limestone in Groesbeck, TX. We had a very relaxing weekend. Lots of food, booze, (diet cokes and water in my case) and lingerie to last a long time! Thank goodness for me there were two other prego's there so I wasn't alone in my sobriety.

It's hard to believe Mal will be Mrs. Brown in only a couple of weeks. *tear*

It's a boy!

Before I knew that the ultrasound had even started Jeff was laughing out loud. I turned my head to look at the screen and there it was, his little penis right in front of us! So far all looks well and right on track!

One more day......

What will it be?? Boy? Girl??? Alien??

Tick tock.....

This past weekend we threw Mallary a wedding shower. It was at The Bernhardt Winery in Plantersville, TX and it was really a very beautiful place. It was a nice shower and Mal got a lot of nice things.

Meme took Brady and I to the zoo a few weeks ago and this was Brady's favorite part. I love that big smile! He loved all of the animals but the fake one that moved up and down was the prize winner!

Jeff and I find out what we are having in 10 days. 10 loooooooooooong days. I am ready to see it's little organs and to make sure all is well and that the baby is healthy. I am also dying to get started on shopping. Hopefully with a move in our future I'll get to have a nursery to decorate. That and all the 5 million other little things needed for a baby. We are so excited and cannot wait for him/her to be here!

So many things have happened since last post, baseball has started for both boys, our family is growing, Easter, and our Gulf Shores vacation. I'll just let these few pictures do the talking. I'll do my best to update throughout the summer; there will be a lot going on.
